CLIFTON — Many sects of major world religions gathered under one Clifton roof last week to talk of getting along and faith.

The Interfaith Symposium, held at Ahmadiyya Muslim Mosque in Clifton, May 22, included representatives of Catholicism, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Sikhism.

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community of North Jersey hosted the symposium and the main purpose was to discuss “Humanity in my Faith.”

Speakers from various faiths addressed the crowd highlighting the significance their faith has to their community, humanity, and how they were working toward alleviating human suffering and pain in the world today.
