World Faith founder and executive director, Frank Fredericks, recently participated in the January 2016 World Economic Forum in Devos-Klosters, Switzerland!

The World Economic Forum (WEF) is an international organization that provides a platform for leaders from all stakeholder groups from around the world – business, government and civil society – to come together. It is committed to improving the state of the world by arranging meetings for dialogue between leaders to develop mutual understanding and empathy.

Frank participated in several panel discussions and meetings, one of which is captured in the video below. In this session about “modern faith,” Frank was joined by Bani Dugal, representing the Baha’i international community, Ali Adnan Ibrahim representing the Islamic community, Matthieu Ricard, a Buddhist monk from France, and Justin Welby, Archbishop of Canterbury in the UK. The panel discussed how youth are engaging in faith institutions today, and answered questions about things like whether or not God is in cyberspace.

It is a great honor for World Faith to be invited to represent our work to the forum’s influential global audience!
